Weird, when I said that (and I did), I got the usual bullshit about me being an idiotic fucking console peasant and it was obvious that mouse + keyboard was the best for everything.

I'm glad some people here do agree with me that it's complete nonsense for some game. I played AC games with M+K and it just doesn't feel good at all, specially since there are fighting parts in this game, and it doesn't feel right spamming mouse buttons.

I didn't try Dark Souls though neither on console nor PC. But I did try Project Cars with a keyboard and it doesn't feel right (just like every racing game).

And before anyone calling me /again/ a fucking console peasant, just like I always say, I do agree that M+K is better for FPS and RPG though (obviously).

I know my mouse would be dead if I was playing AC Syndicate with it. Because I fight a lot.
I did play many Tomb Raider games with mouse+K and I did prefer the gamepad, seemed more natural.

But maybe that's just me.

I want to underline the fact that I DID try both combinations.

Jack DLC isn't out yet, next year probably.

I know you're not to be taken serious for sure. I have yet to meet someone more ignorant over such a small thing, on this entire forum, which says a lot.

But keep on saying others "insulted" you when they clearly didn't and you just were hurt over nothing Mr. Green

I do find the inability of some people to separate 'gamepad' from 'console' retardadly funny. People ARE allowed a preference you know - some like the precision of movement from a gamepad, others like the aiming accuracy of a mouse. There is no 'right' or 'wrong' controller for any game - it is personal preference.

But then I suppose some people just have to be right, and have to correct those who are not.

yep finished both games twice on M+K (even though DS1 took a while to set up properly), gamepad just doesnt feel natural to me and i was always fighting the camera , analogue can be nice ,but it not worth it to me with little to no camera control
as far as racing goes i use wheel, for sports and fighers wth circular moves yeah game-pad works best

+1 but why should i be called casual or somethig just because i prefer absolute camera control in 3rd person games over analogue movement or walk-throttle

Going further with this into some "objective" area was a mistake, I reckon.

Individual perspectives dictate the preferences. So we'll hang on to that. People don't give a shit about what's outside subjective thinking. I probably subscribe to this, also.

@prudislav Because you kept on criticising others for how they play Wink So I did the same to you, don't be surprised.

@blackeyedboy Staying ignorant like before certainly helps a ton.

@Bob Barnsen Evil or Very Mad You do know this is about input devices and not Syndicate?

Rivatuner/Afterburner works fine here. Try FRAPS if all else fails.

Are you using the latest version of RTSS? 6.4.0 was released as a stand-alone update for Afterburner 4.1.1 until 4.2.0 comes out later this month or perhaps it might not be until December, not really sure what Unwinder is currently doing.

I think there was something about that on rin. Like a save game or something. Personally don't really care about that stuff.

Like you really need precise movement here, where you just keep a button pressed and it's like it's on AUTO lol wut

I miss the old movement from the first games, where you could actually fall from a ledge, pole or whatnot ..

Nah already checked that, only unlocker for legit copies, nothing for pirates yet (and the unlocker from codex mentioned there can't be found anywhere proper)

Yeah AC3 and ++ are still doing my head in. I'm so used to the old system that the new one always causes problems.. This one too, holding A or B (on 360 pad) to go either up or down while free running Neutral
