Yea, if people manage to be successful in Dark Souls with a fucking racing wheel as a controller, you can bet that you still will be masterrace in this game even with a wheel.

I think there was something about that on rin. Like a save game or something. Personally don't really care about that stuff. |
Nah already checked that, only unlocker for legit copies, nothing for pirates yet (and the unlocker from codex mentioned there can't be found anywhere proper)

Yeah AC3 and ++ are still doing my head in. I'm so used to the old system that the new one always causes problems.. This one too, holding A or B (on 360 pad) to go either up or down while free running |
well unlocker for codex crack is on rin aswell there is no unlocker from codex |
pm me on rin, because the one steam006 posted is only for legit (and I've searched the topic for "unlocker"). Otherwise OP there is too lazy to update.

So what's the deal with those DLC 11,12,13 and 14 folders? What exactly do they correspond to? I thought CODEX had the DLCs unlocked by default.

No, i only knew about the wheel and some other other strange controller i think.
But i guess if you already have good finger coordination, one won't have much problems to adapt to most controllers.

That VRAM meter is total joke.
I get it requires 2.7 GB VRAM for High Tex, Env, Shadows and SSA0 + FXAA and yet it runs same if not better than all on low where it shows 2GB.
With NCP tweaks + new drivers i had steady 60fps in first two sequences and 40-50 in my first few minutes in London.
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D / MSI Gaming X Slim GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER / ASRock B650 PRO RS / Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 / G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 2x16GB DDR5-6000 CL30 / Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB / SeaSonic VERTEX GX-850 850W Gold / Lian Li LANCOOL 216

TXAA+FXAA keeps chopping off at least 8fps per rise and HBAO+ Ultra takes another 8fps hit. So had to settle for FXAA and HBAO+ with Shadows on High to get 60fps.
However, I did encounter a minor 5 second freeze for the first time, post patch installation. It seemed as if the whole system froze and then it came back up again. This happened as soon as I arrived on the streets of London after doing one of those faction mission in an alleyway.

Put about 16 hours into it, I'm at sequence 5 with 60% of the map under my control.
Story is alright, combat sucks, even areas that are recommended for higher level are easy to take.
Graphics are nice, though Evie looks like she had too much botox.
I'm tired of these repetitive missions, so I'm going to do the unique ones given to you by the likes of Darwin and Dickens, then do the story missions and delete this.

Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

I had that in unity when I had a 2gb gpu and went over VRAM limit. maybe you went over yours.

The tutorial, especially Jacob's part in segment 1 was pretty demanding once you reached the outside area though now in London some of the more populated streets are almost as bad though since I am using a AMD GPU I'm not expecting miracles in terms of performance but even so it performs better than Unity did at launch.
(Although I replayed Unity just a few weeks ago in preparation for this and it was almost perfectly playable though there's the occasion glitch with NPC's and the patches have probably reduced detail and clutter a bit compared to version 1.00 plus the tessellation update was never released and there's no tessellation in this game either so it must have performed abysmally if they cut a Nvidia sponsored feature.)
EDIT: (Tessellation in and of itself is of course not a Nvidia feature but a major feature of DX11 itself, as I understood it though the Nvidia part was some sort of dynamic LOD system for it to manage performance better but I'm not entirely sure how it would have worked.)

Are you using a Nvidia card? And if so have you enabled MFAA?
(Which, sadly, does not stand for "Muthafukkin' anti-aliasing".)
If so then disabling that should work to resolve these glitches with invisible objects.
(Switching to FXAA or disabling in-game MSAA/TXAA for ReShade SMAA could work too but you'd lose the temporal effect of TXAA and from the GeForce.com guide the blur doesn't seem to be too bad.)

Ah, yes, MFAA, I completely forgot, it may be enabled globally. Ingame, I use only FXAA.

True. Here on 780Ti with PCSS Ultra works fine and sometime later (it may vary) - 1-2 fps ... absolute slideshow.

You need 32GB ram to run at those settings if your vram runs out
