Actually this one is unexpectedly good. I would prefer a heavier feel in combat but it's ok. Quite strategic also in times.

There is no 1680x1050 resolution, wtf. There are no 16:10 res at all it seems.

Something was patched, will try to find a changelog on what they've done with the game.
EDIT: Ah the DLC weapons now work as they should.

(Apparently they're not much better than the starting equipment so those who've been playing the game a bit might already be past the point where these are even useful.)

The only common with Dynasty Warriors is the hack'n'slash portion of the game. Everything else is different and better: Crafting, levelling, abilities, equipment, tower defense. You don't need to be a fan of DW franchise. If you're a fan of action rpg genre this one is a must play imo.

Played this for ~3 hours now.
It is fun. But like the Dynasty Warrior games this already starts to get a bit boring to play.
The upgrade system doesn't really is that good either. Pretty simplistic with mostly +stats upgrade and few new skills to unlock.
What annoys me the most though is the brain dead AI - from friend and foe. At least in the DW games enemies ran towards you. Here they just stand around. Also the friendly AI barely attacks or uses skills.
The performance and graphics are pretty though. Good, that Koei Tecmo finally managed to make a good 60fps port that isn't based on a last-gen console version.

version, how do you set the res to be higher than 1080p? I see no config files generated after I use the game config tool.
