Best game I've played this month? Well, I've only played two games: Civilization IV and The Movies, and the movies has some serious issues that only could have been 'fixed' in the beginning, while Civ4 is the best game I've played in many years

Well my favorite game was not revolutionary, but just pure mindless fun.
Stubbs the zombie : Rebel without a pulse.
close second would have to be of course.
NFSMW
I was really sceptical about NFS but after playing it i was blown away. With detail cranked it looked amazing. I love the hood reflection.
Third.
King Kong
Amazing gfx & gameplay

ya the new nfs is really great, i ve been put off the whole franchise by the 2 underground games, pimping cars is fun for a while but it gets old and retarded, and of course i just couldnt stand the crappy ea trax soundtrack.
this game features some good driving action, great graphics, great slomo usage, a very good presentaton/artwork and one of the best racing game soundtracks ever, it sometimes really sounds like harry-gregson williams.

Winamp still rules , why we need a mp3 build-in player just make yourself a good mp3 list and turn it on in the backgroung  |
but thats not the game soundtrack, its not the way the game was supposed to be played, ie. not the full experience.
you could also say, hey why not turn off the music in mgs3 and just play some punk shit in the background to it, that would totally butcher the game. |
