Played the first three missions of the Human/Seraphin campaign. The game actually gets a bit better. I actually like the smaller maps so far. Compared to those often huge maps in the previous games you had to expect attacks from all side. I am probably alone with that, but i like that more.

Well, there is so much wrong with this game. Expect "some" patch in a few weeks earliest. It's Ubilol after all.

I'm still playing it. It's full of bugs, but game hasn't crashed on my since applying hotfix. Got couple of '...has stopped responding' error messages, but they all went away given enough time for the game to process.

* Improved the ingame-chat
* It is now possible to toggle between game-log and chat
* Chat is no longer cleared every turn
* Chat channels All,Team and Whisper are available by selecting the drop down or with chat commands /all /team /w [playername] /p[1-8] /player[1-8]

* Icons are now properly scaled
* Resolved several issues with ships
* Heroes are now always the highest icons
* The Governor Tooltip now has proper layout
* Added option to disable color coding of models in skirmishes

* Fixed a super rare crash with AI town threat sorting (floating point error from Unreal)
* Optimised AI thinking times on Adventure map, which are now near-instant. NOTE: AI interactions with Forts still take up to 3 seconds due to the Fort destruction/repair animations
* Optimised some AI thought routines (mainly threat assessment/pathfinding)
* Fixed a crash when restarting fight against Vayaron on Final Map 1 (general crash fix for some misbehaving buffs)
* Fixed AI skipping its turn when its first hero is in a Shelter
* The Tear of Asha can now be retrieved from the precise cell as well as its neighbours

* The Mysterious Crypt Building now has the option to spawn a fixed artifact, instead of a randomly chosen one

Has anyone managed to get the Codex/Bat updates to install correctly? I have followed the sequence below:
Might.and.Magic.Heroes.VII-CODEX
+ Might.and.Magic.Heroes.VII.Hotfix-CODEX
+ Might.and.Magic.Heroes.VII.Update.v1.2-CODEX
+ Might.and.Magic.Heroes.VII.Update.v1.3-BAT
+ Might.and.Magic.Heroes.VII.Update.v1.3.1-CODEX
+ Might.and.Magic.Heroes.VII.Update.v1.4-BAT
But it always fails at Might.and.Magic.Heroes.VII.Update.v1.3.1-CODEX , the Codex installer report s a mismatch. Tried not installing the crack, installing the crack. Reinstalled etc etc. No joy. Any ideas?

I started with 2 but loved both 3 and 4. Never understood the hate. What i really hate is 5 for being way too simplistic and this 7 for being a joke
