Hi. I'm looking for a free webhost. Preferably no banners, must support PHP-Nuke (God help me with figuring that out btw), NO popups, and maybe 50mb of space (could be less, could be more).
Why?

I doubt you will get a free host, the way people can provide free hosting is by adding adverts to your page, thats the whole point, you get what you pay for I guess.. and if you pay for nothing.. you get very little  ! But as far as hosting is concerned, what you need really isnt that expensive right now, maybe you should consider simply buying some space.. and a none.tk domain!
As for the PHP stuff, you will need PHP4 support as well as a Database (MYSQL, PostgreSQL) - I dont know of ANY free service, even ones which have adverts that give this support. The CMS in question though, should be very easy to install and use once you have the initial host in place!

ads are only optional and you get unlimited space and traffic,
i think they had a limit on file size but check it out.
...yea i know its in german but with a little bit logic its easy to get it done.
