Ac3 and after that were horrible.
I dont underatand love for ac4 too. Shit story, repetitive missions and bad graphics except for water.
All excused because of pirate stuff. I had better time playing 15 minutes of risen 2...
For me its brotherhood, 1, 2

I agree I found AC4 utter boring, but I didn't like the pirate set, to me this is not AC.
Oh and welcome back, I missed you. Because you were MIA, people had to be raging on someone else *hint* *hint*.
The christmas backlog cleaning operation has started, for the masochistic sake of completeness I had to abandon the other playthroughs and finish the Creed (the truth is, I needed free HDD space). In hindsight, not the wisest thing to do. It was so uninspired and generic that I had to quit any side-activity and focus on the main story.. which turned out to be even more embarrassing. Goddammit Ubi!
The game has in my opinion the poorest writing to date, beating even Unity's.
Spoiler:
A meaningless hodgepodge of juvenile action and steretypes, predictabilty, culminating in the very ending with its Syfyesque tones as per tradition xD
As for the gameplay, the situation when it comes to the franchise is comatose, flatline-like. The level/mission "design" keeps screaming recycling and laziness like Munch's schrei, with no sign of improvement either (on the contrary) : the greedy deja-vu monster has eaten everything and there's only mediocrity left men. This is happening/going to happen to Far Cry as well.
I give it five out of 10, which is the same virtual score of the guild of shame, composed by Unity and AC3, but this one takes the virtual Golden Pear of Eden for recidivism.
unity dlc was also ~8gb. so no surprise since it should bring way more content than that and its set 20 years after the events of the maingame, in untiy it was just a new underground area

What, 20 years? So Evie and Jacob are in their mid-40's to early-50's now? interesting.

In the AC.ini file located in “MyDocuments/Assassins Creed Syndicate”, modify the FlexibleMotionSimulationFPS parameter found in the "[OPTIONS]" section as follows:
·To enable the cloth setting: FlexibleMotionSimulationFPS=1
·To disable the cloth setting: FlexibleMotionSimulationFPS=0
By default this functionality is disabled. You may need to add the parameter manually.
Some screens from the DLC's prologue and first "mission" if one can call that short sequence that.
Spoiler:
.
Could be pretty good so far though it'll probably falter in some way before the end and apparently it's not all that long either but there's other activities besides the main storyline.
EDIT: New equipment and colors as well but it doesn't seem like there's any other outfits besides the default and you might be stuck with Evie for the entire DLC with some smaller sequences as a certain other character.
(City looks a bit different now as well but I assume it's just one single district this time.)
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
