I don't agree. If you look at AAA titles only - sure, there are streamlined and consolish, but there are a ton of games on the pc, which are original and fun to play.

The scene changed/is dying, because times changed. It's getting smaller since the late 90's. It has nothing to do with the quality of games or the state of the industry.

It's the same pointless article. It would have been better if they posted "THE END IS NIGH" sign as a backdrop with some dramatic music.

Its dire indeed. So few games I really look forward to. If we're going for unannounced stuff, I guess a new GTA or a new Elder Scrolls game is up there for me. Cyberpunk 2077 definitely sounds interesting. Eh.. what else.. I don't dare look forward to Total War: Warhammer because of Creative Assembly. Hmm.. Fuck.
