Dat Myst-like game by the Braid developer. But didn't we have a thread about this? Search doesn't find anything.

Anyway: http://kotaku.com/5986093/how-the-witness-became-a-ps4-game-and-why-pcios-owners-can-remain-happy

It's still coming to PC/iOS, it'll be launched either simultaneously or close to simultaneously with the PS4 version, depending on purely if the PC/iOS versions are ready Razz

Blow has said the game has around 440 puzzles and takes 10-15 hours to complete.

TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"

Good. The game caught my eye during PS4's presentation and it'll be nice to see it on the Masterful platform. Puzzle/quest games are always welcome.

I remember an interview with Blow where he talked how they intend to keep most of the game in RAM rather than to stream it, to mitigate streaming issues.

The environments and artstyle looks gorgeous, I'm just not sure the actual gameplay will keep me captivated enough. But we'll see.

There’s a lot here. When we started making this game, I figured it would have between 8 and 12 hours of playtime. As it happens, the game we’ve finally built is around 10 times as big as that: if you are a completionist who wants to wring every last drop out of the game, you might expect to play for 80 hours, or possibly 100. For people who don’t want to go quite that far, the game’s still got plenty for you.

Interesting, here it says 20 - 25 hours although I guess the game might have a lot of side content for full completion?

The game has like 600+ puzzles and not all are mandatory so there is a ton of side content.

I like the art/graphics style but it would be even more beautiful with Serious Engine 4 imo.

Didn't watch all of the videos so my question:

The game will only feature these "connect the dots via terminals" puzzles?
