Since Pey now has the game he could probably say if the game exe is around a 100 MB or so which it seems all Denuvo games have in common.
(I'm sure there's other methods of checking but this should be one of the simpler ones.)

I already posted the .exe size depot. 89.2 MB. And denuvo being among the test branches + the speculations about it + square enix already using it in JC3 leaves like 0.00001% chance its not denuvo on final release.
