From out of the blue the Mobile Internet for our Laptops just quits working sometimes for no reason and drops connections.
When we test the speed its random. Upload is 1.88 next time its 0.18 Mb/s.
Download is 22.34 down to 0.1 Mb/s.
We have not installed anything, program or updates no nothing and now its just total crap.
We cannot even go to Google it says " cannot find DNS server ".
Then after 3 minutes its working again. Then quits.
We cannot do any banking because we lose our Internet connection.
The Internet provider says there is nothing wrong from their end.
Also the Internet provider doesnt have a Telephone Number to call, can only chat with on their homepage.
They write that their homepage is where all the answers are.
Strange because we CANNOT surf the Internet long enough to get any chat service for help cause the Internet doesnt work. Now thats one dumb idiot that has a company, Internet service without a phone number.
Does anyone know of a program that can check to see if its our computers that are at fault ?
