I did a search and couldn't find this anywhere. Anyhow it's a Netflix 10 part (I think) documentary about Steven Avery. A man wrongly convicted of rape in 1985 and released 18 years later on appeal..I've watched one episode and it's astonishing to watch. Police cover ups , corruption etc

Definitely worth watching

Shit is good. Not usually the TV I watch especially a documentary but it's riveting stuff! I just finished binging the first 5 episodes on Netflix, which is rare for me! I barely watch Netflix ever despite paying for it every month and I rarely bingewatch anything! I'm only stopping because its 4:35am lol. Gonna watch the other five tomorrow. Recommended. And anyone who has seen it don't forget the spoiler tags! Very Happy

I have no idea who Bob Durst is but having watched all 10 episodes now, I definitely recommend it. Really makes you think afterwards and the fact that the whole thing is real and actually happened seems pretty surreal. Its also prompted many thoughts and investigations by other people having watched the show as to what actually happened which makes it even more fascinating!

Here's a trailer.

Heres some links for those who have seen it. Spoilers! Smile

No it's not, it's interesting enough though.

Should I watch The Jinx, guys?

I'm not googling too much around so as not to spoil anything.

Also, I should namedrop the most hard-hitting thing I have ever watched since we are talking about documentaries of this type:
Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father
(don't google it too much, just watch if you are interested in this genre)

Oh, also Boy Interrupted. Sad

The Jinx is one amazing piece of investigation that will leave you on your ass.
But don't google anything about it though, since it will spoil the piece completely.

Renewed for a second season. It will be about the same case.

Meanwhile, after watching the documentary, a famous lawyer who has managed to prove, so far, the innocence of 17 people who had been wrongfully convicted of murder and other crimes, has taken Steven Avery's case and she promises to deliver "a tsunami of evidence" on August 29 that will exonerate him without even a trial.

I thought it was pretty bias in its reporting.

I have a feeling it's not gonna be as interesting as the first season.
Gonna give it a try though and it will of course be interesting to see what has been going on (haven't followed it).
