hhhmmm...I don't know. So you're not interested in helping newbs out a bit if they have a question?

True
Maybe it can be section specific ie the pc games arena...some of the shit in there is so annoying sometimes. Like pages and pages of the stupidest (well, not stupid, but basic) questions.
"How do I mount Game X"?
"How do I burn Game X"
etc etc
I know the mods (more specifically you apex, amoung others) try to keep it as clean as possible but fuck, with all the ppl that post in that section, the mods cant be on top of it all the time. So if say we could ignore someone in that section with a post count lower or equal to 5 or 10, i think it would clean it up a lil for the more knowledgable users.
Thats not to say that we shouldnt help newbs...but still, we have the choice.
Personally, thats why I dont respond to alot of shit in PC Games Tech...like "How do I burn/mount a game", "how do I extract .r01 files" etc
Not to say that everyone should know how to do it, but rather there is a TON of info on this board alone that describes how to extract rars, or burn games/iso in general and fuck, sometimes it gets very specific (ie starforce discussion) - all it takes is a little common sense and a search of a few threads.
Anyway, yeah, I think a noob ignore function in PC Games would be good...and maybe World Politics, but thats another issue and completely different reasoning.

Since they can't help themselves by reading FAQ:s, Google, etc. - No.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

I think it's a lame idea sorry. It just means the newbs will make 10 real lame quick posts just to ask 1 question on there 11th. Quality over quantity people. Also it makes Nforce run like a hiarchy which is not how it should be done. We have always treated people as equals no matter the post count. It's just we try to keep out the runts who fuck everything up. With a post count limitation it would mean less new people joining because they have to earn something and most people don't want to earn access to a site that is just talking.
