You can start playing now. There will only be hotfixes before todays full release.

I liked titan quest more than this..
1) I think areas are kinda boring and..I dunno..lack in color or something..The whole first "act" is just swamps and shit.. it all looks the same..
Titan quest has a more interesting design.
2) I still don't like their class\abilities system
1) Lenovo Legion 7 (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3080 16Gb, 32Gb DDR4, SSD 1TB +2TB
2) SFFPC (streaming via Moonlight+ Sunshine)

1) I don't think it's boring, but I agree that the color filter isn't very appealing.
Have you checked out the game after the current patch? I think they did a good job on polishing the areas, overall it looks a little more detailed. Especially Arkovia changed a lot.

Yup, I was reading about that just now: http://www.grimdawn.com/forums/showthread.php?p=337740#post337740
It's probably the better choice anyway, as what I understood the patching will probably still continue for some time

There's little variety in act 1 so yeah mostly bits of ruined settlements, marshes and the occasional cave or cellar to delve into so it gets a bit "samey" or how to say, act 2 changes things up a bit but it takes a while to reach it unless you try to rush through it which usually leaves you underpowered as the final couple of areas in the first act is totally swarmed by various creatures.
Having finished up the first act again after a few months of mostly inactivity as I was waiting for the game to become finished I noticed that they must have added a new area to the first act a few builds ago since it's now possible to reach a eastern area that's more forested which I really enjoyed exploring and having seen the new design of the world map it looks like there's a lot of content as well for the later acts and I believe there's some areas already planned to be added to further in the upcoming expansion.
Partial ending spoiler..
Spoiler: |
Trying to keep it a bit vague as to not totally spoil everything but anyways the game ends up on a somewhat of a unfinished state with not quite everything resolved and things are set up as to tie the ending events in to a expansion or possibly a full sequel.

I had the black screen issue with the legit version and needed to run the repair.exe aswell. Its not a problem with the crack.
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

Yea and the funny thing is one of the dev's registered account in rin and has posts asking for cracks for other games |
lol
How can you tell it's really one of the GD devs though? Same nickname? It doesn't prove anything..
PS drm triggers is a shitty move.. I wonder how much time and resources they wasted on this instead of focusing on the actual content..
