So i have made flash application which is simple interface and has button that uses Apple Remote Desktop to stop video playback on certain computers in out network, works flawlessy expect one annoying thing... Some notifications and shit keeps popping up top of the flash application, even tho it has forced in fullscreen with code... Is there any way to force this specific flash application on top of everything, so it does not get interrupted any way?.
Have no idea about flash apps, but in native apps(cocoa/carbon) you can set window level / frame. For cocoa apps you can even force it above screen saver level. For Carbon you could use global floating window frame.
But if you go this way, you will have to manage hiding / deactivating windows by yourself, os won't do it for you automatically anymore.
