Yeah, it's a joke.
"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

They want people to come on their website to check their crack status, so that 3DM get more pageviews (more ads revenue, I guess). Maybe we'll even soon see trailers for upcoming cracks | And for idiot game journos without a clue to continue shitting out one dumb article after another while 3DM laugh their asses off

I could be completely off base here, but based on my quick observation, I honestly don't believe its this crazy godlike protection.
it looks like all the other vm based protectors ive messed with.
I've seen malware that's more mean looking at a quick glance.
I think it only gets this aura because the scene these days is lame as fuck, and everyone is just waiting on someone else to do the dirty work. all the good reversers have landed security jobs because they finally grew up and discovered getting paid is actually more important to life than e-fame.
too bad I don't have the time anymore because I'm badly in debt and have to work 3 jobs to pay child support and put a roof over my head, or else I would have torn this thing a new asshole. such a fuckin shame. |

On Denuvo: I blame facebook. This generation spends too much time showing it's ass and less time working and/or doing something usefull.

I think we should change the topic name, cause it is NOW, not 2 years from here...
If they want it to be not crackable, it will be !

Nope, but you obviously "following the lead"(don't seems to have any opnions of your own) as usual |
How is me thinking you are just butthurt not an opinion?
We have you going to their site and then bitch here about something they claim. Which to me makes only sense as you being annoyed that you can't play certain games because of their effectiveness. It's one of the better protection since a while... So is it that out of this world they claim it's widely effective? Me not liking it doesn't change a thing same for you not liking it.
I don't even get wth you are on about "following the lead"... I don't see anyone else commenting before me that I'm following. You're acting the same as Cyclone... it's not you as a person... it's the things you say that gets the response.
So get over yourself with the silly 'black sheep' routine...

I never claimed it's not used more(Which is pretty much obvious).
I claimed, and backetup with facts it's still not the most used copy protection,as of yet .
I still think it will end up like starforce-it will be used more and more until someone find way to proper cracking it(so far crackes relying on Emulation rather then fully "breaking" it),and then it will become pretty much useless and barely used as companies won't be willing to pay for useless protection.

That's an empty statement for the sake of a statement. The most used protection is steam DRM (and yes, it is called DRM by Steam staff itself and named as "DRM tool v**") and no one will ever top it no matter how hard they try.

Yep, Steamworks is most common. Although, not all Steam games are protected by it.
