nvm, tried in chrome with the link to the page from google search and it works but it gives me the error with 24h limitation
I believe the 24h message really is random. I tried out of curiosity with my card and got it two times in a row, then it disappeared all of a sudden at the third try (Foxylady, no VPNs), albeit it was replaced by the ominous card has been redeemed with other games before.
