I can only imagine because it makes you want to watch them all in one go but you don't have that much free time and you become frustrated? I can't imagine any other possible reason.
No, it's not that. I think the best TV shows will always be the ones that evolve over time, and allow audience interaction on a weekly basis. Plus I really enjoy watching TV shows that play out in real-time with audiences. For example, The X-Files was always set in real-time. If the show premiered by October, they would do a scary Halloween episode. In December, Mulder and Scully would exchange Christmas presents, etc. And you lose special little moments like that with these Netflix shows. To me, watching Netflix shows that are filmed all at once is like wolfing down food at a buffet, where you eat lots of food but taste nothing. Not a fan.

They also have 2 other sisters (not transitioned but born female) in their family so in the end their parents ended up with 4 girls

On a serious note.... Why did they wait for so long? Generally gender dysphoria manifests at a pretty early age.. and both physically and psychologically it's better to start transitioning right when puberty starts.. for obvious reasons..Why waste so much time?

It's not that easy when you made it big by creating one of the most revolutionary franchises at the time. People are still close minded, more so back when Matrix came out and the fear of scandal might have been too big for them.

No, but these two do share the same brain so to speak so to me it wasn't a surprise at all Lilly felt the same discomfort Lana felt. I am super surprised they aren't twins actually since they share a very strong bond.

Because they faced the same dilemma they wrote for Lito. If they come out their careers could be over. Of course today it is different and the industry accepted Lana just fine. They also have enough money to not worry if forced to retire early. (Their family before the success of The Matrix was poor so in all likelihood without that success they would never transition.)
Lana has talked about how she was called a "faggot" and was getting beat up everyday in school for acting feminine so we'll see if Lilly admits she felt this way from her teenage years as well - though Lilly always talked considerably less than her sister so I don't expect she will elaborate because she is even less of a public person.
In any case all I care to know is if Lilly is co-writing/directing for Season 2 or taking a break and Lana is working alone with JMS this time.
