same here. also ray made me very hard the whole time. thank god i didn't went to the cinemas for this. probably couldn't stand up out of my seat until the credits were finished because of my huge boner. "oh no look at this freak he has a hard one" "disgusting" "lets call the cops"

Deadpool - 7,5/10

Perhaps not as brilliant or imaginative as I hoped in terms of narrative, but still an oasis of raw fun in the desert of popcorny pope-approved superhero flicks. Kudos to Deadpool himself and the surprisingly good Reynolds, and to whoever vouched for this, breaking the 4th wall of P.C., it felt refreshing (for once in hollyboo!)

for me deadpool was hit and miss.

some bits were brilliant fun, some bits (for me) really missed the mark by being silly for the sake of being silly, meaning it felt forced and gutter humor.. some will say thats what deadpool is ABOUT.. and i guess they'd know more about it than i would, but i think theres a very fine line between funny clever humor that hits the mark, and immature shitty humor that fails...

and i think riding that line as close as they did in the movie is the reason it hits as many great marks as it misses badly.

also turns out i liked that he/she mutant thing quite a lot in the movie. from the trailer i thought the tranny would be annoying, but that thing turned out to be a fun character in the movie.

Haha yup, I reckon it's pretty hard to perfectly convey Deadpool's humor without missing some beats (there were indeed moments that made me cringe quite a bit Very Happy), but in the end I appreciated the general effort, and the direction taken which is the right one (compared to what we usually see nowadays).

The most hilarious rendition of Deadpool however remains the videogame's one for me, since not only the jokes are more varied, but there's also the whole interactivity aspect that plays a big role when it comes to taking you by surprise xD

Deadpool - 6.5/10

It was funny... For the first 40 minutes or so. Then the rehashed jokes got old and it turned out the only things the movie has to offer aside from them are fogettable action, nonexistent plot and one interesting character. If that humour was stellar, it would be enough, but often the jokes felt really forced and cringeworthy, which doesn't help selling humour as the only strong point of the movie.

Bonus 0.5 points for FINALLY getting Collosus right in a movie.

i wasn't entirely sure if it was a guy who looked like a girl, or a guy who became a girl or what.. not here to judge, just saying he/she/it looked pretty freakish.. i think the character was designed to look pretty asexual to be honest.

not saying i care or anything, not judging... besides, i said the character wasn't bad, and i enjoyed it more than i expected from the trailer!

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice 8.0/10

Enjoyable movie, most actions scenes were post Batman's and Superman fight tough, which feels short...

Still better then most Superman's films and Batman&Robins Films(live actions, not DK's Trilogy of course).

Man of Steel: It was enjoyable and better than the avengers for me, yet Snyder fails yet again on so many levels. But Jesus, Cavill was a fucking beast for that movie! I can't even imagine the amount of food that he has to eat to stay in that shape Laughing I guess if I had to give the movie a score it would be 6.75/10? While the fights were big, they were absolutely stupid. Why again was Superman punching Zod 100 times in the face and slamming him in the ground and in to buildings, killing hundreds of people? To save a family of 5 Laughing and what was superman's plan to kill Zod? They were just flying around doing the max amount of destruction and then he just snaps his neck? Reaction

Also the story on Krypton is only half arsely told and the Cgi camera was fucking stupid 80% of the time.

And then I watched Angry Joe's Man of Steel review and decided to never watch any of his videos again. Dude....

Yeah, that was terrible. I didn't even bother watching any thor or Ultron or whatever crap followed. The most enjoyable thing about the avengers was when scarlet johanson is violated by the hulk.. Actually Man of Steel deserves like 6/10 but I thought I already gave avengers that score.. so I'll just give avengers retroactively 4/10 or so...

Why, did you like Man of Steel or Avengers so much? Smile Btw I'd say that 6/10 movies are absolutely watchable! I don't rate movies like 1-6 = garbage, 7 eh, 8 ok, 9 good!, 10 wow!
