Has any of you tried the gemini RDA from vaporesso?
It looks pretty good and easy to build on for a newbie so I'm thinking of trying it out and if it works out well I might start building my own coils.

@Mr.Tinkles the gemini is supposed to be a griffin tank with a herakles top airflow. griffin responded to being partially cloned by partially cloning the gemini top cap. mine is in the mail so i cant comment on it yet, but if the gemini is anything like the griffin, i highly recommend it. theres another clone called the diablo that is also supposed to be great, has a bigger tank option, and is pretty cheap (no top airflow tho)..

Yeah, I ordered the genimni tank due to the Ccell coils. 
I guess I'm still not ready to fuck around with RDA/RTA's.

great, the paint inside my subtank mini starts falling off (havent used isopropanol or anything besides flowing water and sometimes dish soap for cleaning). contacted the shop where i bought it. they said twice: not our problem, not a known problem, and the clearomizer is as hygiene product -> so fuck off.
and its wrong that its not a known problem, found 3-4 guys which had the same issue (in one case it was his own fault cause of cleaning with too hard stuff)
now i kindly reminded them that hygiene products arent excluded of their warranty (which they told me in it is in every answer) and since its not 6 months since purchase: they have to proof its my fault.
fuckers. i see in the end i most likely have to conctact the consumer central here cause their behavior is illegal. i dont care about the 30 bucks for a new tank, but i dont accept their bullshit behavior. they dont even need to send me a new tank (i will just dismantle it and remove the paint), but atleast a voucher for their shop or something like that

Yup, it's the principal and not the money. I would have done the same thing.
Although I haven't even tried using any cleaning products on my tanks yet. I'm probably going to rinse them in alcohol or something like that when I'll clean them thoroughly later. |

seems the panic about the eu law was just hot steam ^^ checked a few online shops. they still offer big amounts of base etc. just with the note for age verification (id check when ordering, just need to type in your id numbers which get controlled when you get the package. so not really postident (which is expensive) cause they dont want extra money for that)

Thats just the first step. There are transition periods for selling liquids, base and hardware.
There is still some (plenty - depends...) time till you can`t buy your desired stuff.
What could be a problem now are imports - nobody knows yet.

nothing will change in 30 days. Changes due to TPD2 will hit us in ~1 year. transition period till then. production is allowed till october this year.
What awaits us?
-no advertising (at all) (may 2016)
-max 10 ml/bottle
-no prefilled tanks larger then 2 ml
-new products have to be tested for safety and "harmlessness!!!" by authorities - 6 month beforehand! (I can guess what that means for us...)
-not more then 20 mg/ml
-and more bullshit to come(like no more fruit flavours f.e.) - no other laws are needed for further regulation.

yeah, the tiny bottle size is the real problem. i've got 2L 18mg base stashed now, considering i'm aiming for <6mg/ml that makes 6+L of liquid. by the time i'm done vaping this amount, i'm probably sick of it.
did my experiments with thc liquids btw, and the results are, well, crappy. too much work just to get high and the end result is impotent at best. i think it's time to bite the bullet and shell out for a decent dry herb vapo. just discovered the pax 2, i'm just blown away by how tiny, powerful and beautiful those things are nowadays. the pricetag hurts a bit though, around 250€.

Well, I got my 'head kicked in' tonight, as a result of the ignorance of the few.
I came off worse, as I was just there with my wife.
Guy and girl with 4 children in pub didn't take too kindly to me vaping. Unfortunately, his mates all arrived and joined in the party of making myself and wife feel very uncomfortable.
Long story short, a few bruises and a bloodied face, police statements etc... yeah, lost my eVic due to it getting stamped on from around eight guys, well fucked!. Not a good night.
I have 2 other units, so OK in that regard, but will go back and make sure that family pay dearly for their mistake as soon as possible (I wont be on my own this time) 
Just to let you know, all of us that vape, are poisoning the world, more so than actual smoking 
This is the disturbing society we now live in folks.

so people bringing their children into a pub got angry cause their children were there and had to inhilate hydrogen? yeah sounds reasonable... think everybody should start smoke normal cigs again, everywhere, at any place at any ocation (no srsly. i hate it, i hate kissing my gf (who smokes, and im "clean" since over a year) right after she went out to take a smoke. im fine with that, i was there too and maybe she stops, maybe not)
but thx reminds me i have to remind that shop where i ordered that they get some problems now
