No you shouldn't. I didn't like Demon Souls nor Dark Souls and I hated Bloodborne too sadly

Depends on why you didn't like Souls.
Combat? Story? Difficulty?
Bloodborne is more agressive and faster, the world and lore also takes quite a different direction from Souls.
If it's the difficulty, lack of directed story and such that you didn't like in Souls then it'll be the same here.

This. Exact reasons I didn't like those games.

Yep, for me as well.
I've also played it more than any other souls game (and I'm still playing it after over a year), and I'm still thinking about the lore regularly. Yharnam is just not letting me go.
It's one of my all time favorite games now and I've played a lot of games throughout my life already :P
I'm getting old and only very few games can truly satisfy me. Soulsborne, Witcher, Metal Gear (before 5) were the only series I could always trust to give me what I crave.

If anyone here loves the Bloodborne soundtrack as much as I do you may be interested in this..
http://forums.ffshrine.org/showthread.php?t=199069
It's a custom made soundtrack including some tracks that are missing on the official OST, and it also comes with an extended version, which loops the tracks a bit longer to make them like in the game instead of as short as possible phase 1 > phase 2 you get on the OST.
really good stuff.

Bought it for $10. I'm not sure i will play it much or even like it at all since i tried other Souls games and didn't enjoyed them, but something about the setting in BB just looks so good, so for 10 bucks it's not a big lost if i won't like it.

I stopped after some optinal boss near the end i'd think. Looked like a giant dragon of some kind. Was utterly, utterly raped into oblivion.

Holy crap the cursing was flowing a lot last night with this game. Was close on breaking something, at least biting the gamepad.

nah, you can do them all offline too, but it takes longer since you need to gather all the materials yourself.

They must be next to impossible to do solo though if they're designed for multiplayer.

Nah I did them all solo, including the optional last special boss after completing them, but they definitely are the toughest challenge of all Souls games, I was never closer to breaking my nose with my controller.

Do you have to farm a lot to enter the chalice?
Why would you smash your controller on your nose? xD
