No idea. Took around 2 days before my wallet was changed. And 2nd time around 12 hours. Guess, random?
Sorry, little correction. You don't need VPN to switch back. Just need to select your current location under account settings and restart steam.
''You will not be able to change your country until you login into Steam from this new country.''
Say, you have purchased something using IN VPN and got your account set to Indian currency. Steam will now automatically add your current location under country of residence list. This allows you to select the country you live in, but also requires you to restart steam under your country IP to store updated.
(i.e, it disables IN settings, which will require VPN again to get IN store)
Regarding ban, yeah, I don't think they care unless you fiddle with wallet and market. Been using different store for year+ without any issue. Even changed twice in last 6 months.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Yea, i will use my wallet too first, when i go live in India at the next Steam sale.
But with my bad luck i somehow fear, that i will get flagged or caught by Steam. Because i probably will buy too many games.
Was the same case some years ago. When i gifted games from the russian store with an alt acc to my main acc. Got a warning by Steam then.
Was there any aplication or way to use the mobile auth to trade, without having a phone? I think I read something about it in here, gonna check the thread.
yep winauth, but as some people cant read (hi bob ) i say it again: you need to use the beta version, the stable one does not have the confirmation stuff you need
Get Ready to load the SEGA Mega Drive Classics Hub
You may have been wondering why in recent weeks we have been quizzing you on SEGA Central about your favourite MEGA Drive/Genesis Characters, Games, Memories & giving away themed swag… That’s because we’re celebrating the launch of the new SEGA Mega Drive Classics Hub releasing as a free update on Steam, get ready to load on April 28th.
The new-look system is based on a bedroom of an early nineties SEGA fan with dynamic time-of-day conditions, retro SEGA paraphernalia, a shelf full of MEGA Drive games (including the ones you own) and of course a CRT TV! That’s not all, every single MEGA Drive game will now feature Steam Workshop support allowing you to share modified versions of your favourite retro SEGA titles!
In addition to these new features, the new SEGA Mega Drive hub also includes;
spot-on emulation
local co-op for games that support it
optional graphic enhancement filters
the ability to save at any point in the gameplay
full controller / keyboard support
I'm not going to lie, that's pretty damned fantastic. Reminds me a bit of the SNES+carts in New Retro Arcade I like it, a lot, and I especially like that it ties into any/all the MD titles you already own on Steam -- though hopefully this means they start expanding the catalogue because it's not exhaustive by any means The workshop part about modified MD titles sounds very intriguing too.

I've only got SoR and Golden Axe but I keep entering for the Genesis Collection packs on Steamgifts
Think I bought the whole collection for 5$ on Amazon (some price bug, should have been for one pack instead of the whole collection ).
Never played them on Steam though, but yeah would be cool if they expanded on it. I'm wondering if that is the reason why they updated the whole thing.
So if you just have some of the games, do you get updated versions of those, or only if you own the whole bundle? I grabbed Shining Force 1 & 2 (along with a few other odds and sods I wasn't interested in) in a Humble Bundle one time.
It runs a bit shitty for me thoug since some days.
Sometimes it just stops idling.
And if i play a game with ASF running, it often won't idle the other games. That worked just fine before.
Yup, emulation gives the full catalogue and for free, this is more of a curio for legitimate players that don't use emulation. Ohhh... saying that.. I wonder if this could be "hacked" to add more ROMs?

Seeing that these VR titles are way cheaper in Indian store. I read that you can just change your address and it will work. But just cant find anywhere to change it? Can someone point me the right direction? Thnx!
