Monkey Island 1,2,3,4 (best atmosphere ever, still playing occasionally)
Indiana Jones 3,4 (great story)
Crystal Caves (better than Commander Keen)
Pitfall (first platform game having nice gfx)
The Dig (interesting story)
Max Payne 1,2 (compelling atmo/story, but too short)
Deus Ex (original installment only)
Rainbow Six (better MP than CS Wink)
Ghost Recon (perfect gameplay)
GTA 3, Vice City (cool soundtrack, holiday atmo, freedom of action)
Splinter Cell (original installment only)
Rayman 3 (last platform game worth playing, though the lack of cheats sucks Wink)
No one lives forever (first installment only, funky atmosphere)
Far Cry (nicer, more colorful gfx than most shooters)
Syberia 1,2 (yay, finally some nice adventure games again)
Still Life (cool artwork, creative story)
Trackmania Sunrise (great, if u can spare some minutes in-between)

When I was younger monst games seemed enjoyable. The older you get, the more boring the games become. Funny.

From the recently played games I really enjoyed Sniper Elite.

That would be in the story department.

like Far Cry i really thought i would like this game , it had its moments and has strengths that other games lacked at the time but i could just not get into it. it needs a bit more heart. maybe its me but i thing when u do these stealth/stratagy/stalking mission type games u gotta set the mood. the story , the ambient music in the back , it really helps especially when u replay. i enjoyed Doom 3 more second time around cus i didnt have my Audigy with OpenAl drivers and of course a couple of mods to boot. Hitman on the other hand has superb music , the game has charcter and personality that really gets u phumpin but the gameplay and interaction needs work. just me opinion Smile

I am going to have to slaughter you all. How could you talk about all those lucasarts classics and ignore Full Throttle!?

The Max Payne series are unforgettable. Accaulty bought the second one.

Not really,I just started playing Monkey Island and Sam N Max Hit the Road and I was like WOW those are great games, too bad most developers don't have the time/too much pressure to add things like the remarkable humor* in both games I mentioned.

*=
Sam: I think I've got something in my eye.
Max: Try digging it out with a fork. That always works for me.

P.S. I'm not old Very Happy
