Is there a serious, reasonably honest and not-bought PC gaming website that is free from snowflakes and rainbows, and adult enough to handle the gritty truth of gaming at the moment?
Thank you.

I rely on gaming forums and Reddit. News and game impressions appear way faster on them since there are many many users posting stuff relevant to their interests. Any bullshit is almost immediately pointed out by other users. Reading the classic "newsfeed + some general articles and reviews" sites feels like a downgrade. I do visit OpenCritic and gamersyde sometimes, but they aren't exactly general gaming websites and have a very specific purpose, so I don't think that counts.
Giantbomb.
They are not too pc tech savy but they do know their games if You know the staff likings.
I recommend watching them watching e3 conferences from 2015. They are like "fuck this, fuck that" and Jeff's stone face through all that is worth admiring
Again... They can be derpy when it comes to pc games but otherwise its all great. Afterall Jeff left gamespot because he gave "low" score to that Kane and Lynch game.
On the othet hand they are now part of cbs again and who know what kind of deals they have going on. I still believe they mostly say the truth because their main revenue is from subscriptions and ads... but They put ads on a separate podcast for those who are not subscribing.

GB is no different than any other crappy site these days. They've turned into a bunch of douchey SJWs in the last few years.
Their comment section is a lot like NeoGAF. They ban anyone that disagrees.

Just the Hump. Before trying out any game, I just read what fellow members have posted. Mostly whatever Ixi/Sabin/Neon/4treyu/Inter/Mister_S, etc posts, I end up enjoying those games.
Other sites/videos don't interest me.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Nothing really, I do get most of my news here or on Steam. As for reviews, I usually tend to agree with Interinactive/phill so I take notice of what he says. With other members it largely depends on the genre.
It's the same for me really, I try to stay away from nowadays laughable journalism as much as possible and the Humps cover all my needs. I browse some news sites from time to time, but when it comes to reviews, I trust the opinions here, and the mighty ISOdemos (when possible) do the rest.
I'd recommend my blog , but we didn't have much time lately to write stuff. (I believe there is an upcoming Blood & Wine review) It was born out of passion for PC gaming and a friend tagged along to help me. We don't take money, we pay for most of the games, we judge games for different aspects and more importantly we don't use a score system (which I find extremely misleading).
From the professional websites I think destructoid hits home often with their reviews, there are a few which I found questionable, but in general they are quite good.
From youtube I think SuperBunnyHop is the best (by far), his analysis and the way he presents facts show high class journalism, he also looks at games as art and that makes a huge difference. ACG also has some pretty good reviews with an impressive flow.
NFOHump all the way. Read the stuff of the generally negative guys (like me ) and then the stuff of the overly postivie guys. Watch them fight it out and you get a pretty good basis for forming an opinion. Add some TB videos and such ontop of that and you should be good to go
