A little bit more regarding bathroom tiling...

Make sure all components including mortar are at least water resistant. More expensive but totally worth it.

Tiles you should be looking for are
--- Gres tiles - much more durable, much more expensive. Hard to cut right, requires more skills and proper equipment.
--- Glazed ceramic tiles - ceramic tiles must be glass glazed. Regular tiles are too porous.

Grout
--- Epoxy grout - as with Gres tiles much more durable, much more expensive. Hard to work with, requires more skills.
--- Cement grout - should be water resistant and be prepared with plasticizer and not water ! Especially important with Glazed ceramic tiles, as cuts on cut tiles lack coating and need protection.

Thanks. I won't be doing any of this alone.
I am talking with a tiler crew. I know nothing about tiles and just need a professional team to do all of it.
But it's good to know about this since at least I will be able to check their work somehow.

They will have all equipment so I guess whatever gres or ceramic, they will do it.

All I will do with my father is kitchen furniture and floor panels.

So I found out where and what stuff will I get:
As said : Some furniture in Ikea or "Agata Meble". Mostly furniture for resting room like corner couch, table, chairs, desk, bed, dresser and so on.
Kitchen furniture will be made by my father. So will be the komandor sliding wardrobes(will have 2 made).
All AGD stuff will be bought in Saturn or Media Markt (same shit)

The crew who will do walls and ceilings filling and painting, as well as whole bathroom is also chosen. It's a 2 man legal small firm. So all will be documented and on the bill/invoice with warranty.

The only real choice is:
1)Do I get a traditional wc that is screwed onto floor or do I get the modern hanging on the wall toilet? I am worried about it getting loose over time or even breaking. You can see in the first post, that toilet will be mounted on "chimneys" wall. I am a 190cm 110kg and I take my toilet time slow Laughing

2)Do I get laminate flooring panels or just planks? Obviously planks are 3-4 times more expensive and much harder to put on the floor (have to be glued)
While laminate flooring is much cheaper, available in many styles (already found one I like. It's ac5 with v-shaped fugue and rocky oak color whatever that means) and is tougher, it might lack the feel of real wood ? Idk if I really care for that...
And if I would get Laminate, maybe it would not be a terrible bad idea to install it instead of tiles in kitchen too. laminate does not take in water but it would still get inbetween the individual laminate planks I guess..

Why not the vinyl floor tiles / planks as I suggested before ? Great material - water resistant, soundproofed, elastic - you can even put it on not leveled floor Very Happy

No need to worry about the weight KC. Wall hung toilets are made to hold 200/300 kg.
I'd advice a Geberit if you'd go that way. Installed a few of them, great quality and really easy to set up and I think all of their models have an access panel.

Wall hung is nicer for cleaning purposes and take less space but they are expensive and I would advice to tighten them yearly.

They get loose over time... but it takes a few years before it becomes dramatic. Doing it yearly would ensure there's no leakage. Besides most furniture would need some re-toightning once in a while... so yes that advice applies to: bed, pc chair,... Razz

@Morphineus
Can I tighten it(Gaberit toilet) myself yearly without having to destroy anything or reapply tiles?

This. I put vinyl floor in the kitchen, it looks like a wood floor, yet its soundproof, scrach proof, basically whatever happens you can clean it with some soap and water. Its also cheap and personally i find tiles in the kitchen a bit overused.

I prefer vinyl over tiles as well. Never liked tile floor in a kitchen.
Btw... vinyl isn't cheap. Sure you can go for the cheap stuff but there is some pretty durable stuff out there that's not cheap at all.

Again, I am not interested in this vinyl thing. Sorry, it's just not popular here and not widely available to even check out

I did a lot of furniture/mattresses testing in ikea yesterday and this is what I came up with:

bedside night thingy
http://www.ikea.com/pl/pl/catalog/products/00103343/

bigger drawers thing
http://www.ikea.com/pl/pl/catalog/products/80103344/

most important furniture in the home - desk
http://www.ikea.com/pl/pl/catalog/products/00214157/

All 3 of these in this black brownish color. I am afraid it might be too dark but since all other stuff like floor panels will be rather greyish light, it should be ok.

Now for the bed and mattress....
This was the only mattress which was firm enough to not collapse under my weirght... Its a bit too much fucking expensive but all cheaper stuff was just too soft
http://www.ikea.com/pl/pl/catalog/products/90257717/#/50257719

And bed
http://www.ikea.com/pl/pl/catalog/products/S59929337/#/S09019793

It's all not final or anything. Just things that looked good when I was a ikea. All other furniutre will be bought elsewhere. Anyone used any of this stuff ?

Talking quality materials then head to ikea for furniture? I can garantee you can find anything at Ikea made properly, cheaper and much higher quality second hand.

IKEA is good for standard furniture like your first three listed ones.
And if one of them should fall apart or not prove to be sturdy enough, just put some more screws into it. Very Happy

The black furniture, together with your light grey wall color should look good. But only if you put some colored decoratives and some plants into the rooms to set aspects.

With the mattress i would really advice to do some researching first. As you will probably use it daily for several years.
The 400-450€ for your chosen spring-core one seems rather overpriced at first sight.
There are some other nice technologies out there too, like cold-foam mattresses.

I dont find ikea value unless its ornamental, you pay same or more for plastic covered particle board. Due to internet means you can pretty much always find genuine timber / metal furniture cheap... Also if you have a ute or trailer even bigger savings (as i have to hire mine)

20 second search http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/timber-chest-of-drawers-/272287733241?hash=item3f659d15f9%3Ag%3AXrMAAOSwGIRXZ3N-&_trkparms=pageci%3Dc37c1db7-d2b0-4396-a701-b759c328cb67%2Cparentrq%3Db3b8e4d41550aa14cf9c90aeffffd674%2Ciid%3D1%2Cobjectid%3D114397

25% cheaper + at least its pine / timber

That is all.

Again. Ikea is just for simple furniture which looks I like.
Other stuff will be bought elsewhere and kitchen, wardeobe, will be custom made by my father.

Besides... That bed I linked is made from wood actually. All hamnes stuff from ikea is supposed to be. Malm is the fake one.

@ampeg 200 euro is good price but its just foam? All foam stuff Ive tried was too soft(most spring based as well).
Wont foam or latex mattress deform faster in time? I thought its more recommended to get spring

Family made or any favours from friends is a huge win in your own home, if you can. Not too sure regards bedding other than it can get insano expensive, i settled on getting a futon bed made from hardwood at a furniture place which was what i would consider mid-priced in terms of beds

Coverted to poland dollars was roughly: $2600 but thats being a sucker and going brand new.

Bed is worth spending a lot more on than those items though, you use it everyday and more and it needs to be sturdy. Basically if its used roughly 4+ hours a day dont buy cheap shit or it will wind costing you more in the long term.

Edit: computer chair, washing machine, couch, bed = dont fuck around get quality.

i wonder if I should take bright(like oak) or dark(like nut) flooring...
And depending on which, should sliding wardrobe and doors should be the same or opposite or what... I am getting tired of this. There is too much choice

right now this is the floor that I think I like:
 Spoiler:

It's 12mm thick ac5 flooring with 4way fugue... And it's quite expensive. But should be much sturdier than 7mm floor. And I certainly don't want anything brighter than this.

If I shall go with this one, wall sliding wardrobes and room doors, should also be similar color ?

Definately a bright color for the floor dude.

Even more so if you decide to get those black furnitures.
HOW would your rooms look with a dark floor, black furniture and a probably light colored wall?

SO I probably picked right floor.
Some furniture will defienietly be dark/black. Windows are typical wood brown.
So I still need a color for slide wardrobes and doors

Personally i would chose a light color for floor and walls.
And a darker color for all the furniture to differentiate them more from the "background".

If you go with the previos black furniture, i would stick to dark brown / dark grey / anthracite kind of colors

I'm no indoor designer by any means. But those color combinations i would find very sexy. Very Happy
