Considering the amount of effort they're putting into avoiding any form of responsibility, no. They WILL release 'something', and because of that, any action will be avoided.
I'll never back any crowdfunded project again, due to things like this, Limit Theory and Elite. It was too optimistic to assume that the opportunity to take the utter piss wouldn't be turned down.

Oddly enough, before all the scamming started, I bought a tshirt from the original fund drive. It lasted less than a year... the transfer more or less fell off, holes appeared in odd places, the threading at the seams fell apart... should have known
