Yep, it's in the vein of Knights of Xentar and similar titles. Well I mean, in the whole boobs and stuff department anyway. Game is called Isaku. And if you want to win and save everyone you get no boobies, because it's about Isaku raping students. So you have to make shit decisions so your classmates get abducted and raped and you find videotapes that Isaku leaves behind of boobies. lol Gustave the Steel

For 1) i would have said Phantasmagoria. Sadly the urge to use Google Reverse Search is too strong. So my answer for 1) is wrong after the research. 2) i might have found out after a long thinking session. The other games i can't remember playing.

Yeah Requiem was a pretty good game loved when you went to hell and saw those deformed creatures.

Time Commando was awesome, I finished that game around 10 times when I was a kid.
