This game allows single copy to run on both Xbox One and PC. Does it mean one can buy Xbox One code and use on PC without Xbox?

they said -> physical xbox one copies arent legit for that. i dont know how digital download codes are handled. but pretty sure it only works if you buy it directly in the store.
