Telltale Teases Mr. Robot Project
Quote: | Telltale Games has teased a possible project based on the Mr. Robot TV series.
Telltale's Facebook and Twitter have shared a video from the series' 'E Corp Messaging' accounts. The video is promoting an upcoming messaging app from the fictional company seen in the Raimi Malik-starring cyber drama, which is apparently arriving August 17th. Check it out below.
While there was no obvious link to Telltale at first - the E Corp Twitter account has been operating since July - it's very curious that Telltale is sharing the video. Could it be teasing the developer's next point and click adventure? Would you like to see a Mr. Robot Telltale game? Sound off in the comments below.
Mr. Robot is currently in its second season, and this isn't the first time its marketing team has had a little fun. |

agreed.
Something like this http://store.steampowered.com/app/70100/ (but overly simplified) combined with the standard telltale fare I guess?

Mr Robot doesn't deserve this treatment...fuck telltale
Besides, I don't see how it can be made into a game..

They should stop making this kind of games until they learn how to do it properly from Dontnod.
1) Lenovo Legion 7 (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3080 16Gb, 32Gb DDR4, SSD 1TB +2TB
2) SFFPC (streaming via Moonlight+ Sunshine)

An Uplink/Hacker Evolution type of game could be fun. If they based the game on that type of concept, and added a bit of a narrative following the story of the show, it could be interesting.
I haven't been a fan of any Telltale game so far, tho. I don't expect much.

Will they ever release any original content of their own?

Their games are mostly garbage.
All of their games have the same problems and feel cheaply made as they seem to be made the same way all their previous games are made.
But I guess they wouldn't be releasing games if they weren't happy with sales... so somebody must like them.

How about they focus on games they already started? Where's season 2 of The Wolf Among Us?
"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty
