What's the cheapest people are finding Steam Keys for? Was going to go the two-finger discount, but figured if it's a good enough price I'll grab it. Already spent my budget on NMS forgetting this was coming out.
Speaking of 100% discounts, how quick do these preloads go up? I would have thought I'd see one up already but it's a bunch of Deus Ex: Piss Filter Edition (HR) right now.

The game is protected by Denuvo, so don't expect a quick crack. Unless someone has a bypass prepared and ready to be activated on day one (maybe, doubtful).
OnePlay has the game for 32$ US, but they're not the most solid reseller out there.
InstantGaming and CDKeys.com both have it for around 36$ US. They're typically solid resellers.

That's not so bad. I think I'll still check it out first to even see if I can run it. I can do Witcha 3 at 16X9 tweaked and 45-50FPS, so I should be good here. Those recommended specs are stupid.

I hate it when games give you money, points and items as bonuses. I had the same issue with Sleeping Dogs, which eventually received so many small packs that you'd start the game as the richest man on the planet.
It just undermines the progression of the game for the sake of marketing.
