No that won't work since the media flag on the signed XEX from the original disc(also from the ripped .iso) will be turn on. On the dmoes, this flag is turned to off so the demo can run from a DVD-R. You can take each of the demos on the release and burn them seperatly on CD-R and it will work.

It's just a unprotected demo disk ...
But the information that there is a unprotected disk make a big chance to
hackers to learn about it maybe to invent a workaround.. Microsoft itself gave this chance to hackers | Well, a lot of people are psyched about seeing the 360 getting hacked, and every time something new gets released they claim the 360 have gotten cracked.
When PI released their first image, even a couple of online publications claimed that the 360 had gotten hacked.
I doubt that people will be able to make the 360 run any pirated material without any hardware modifications, and there haven't been any exciting news on that front. Yet.

see the way i see this is. even tho it does work, people want to use XBOX LIVE correct, cause thats what the xbox360 is revolved around, but guess what, microsoft will eventualy find out about this and just release an XBOX LIVE Dashboard UPDATE and boom your screwed unless the chip comes out. So every time an exploit is found, microsoft finds out, releases new Dashboard Update and your screwed again

i am a total noob to this scene. ( i didn't know what an .iso was till a few days ago)...
I have already downloaded this file and i am wondering how to burn its contents to a dvd-r. Would I burn the folder with all the files inside it straight to disc or would i have to burn all the files e.g. pi-odd.64 without a containing folder?
and is the notepad document to be burn or should i leave it off when i burn the disc?
any help from someone who has done this alreay and found it to be working would be appreciated.
cheers,
paddy

Paddy0991,
Sounds like you've got yourself a set of rar files - download WinRAR (I think www.rarsoft.com is the site) and install it. Then open the first file (.001) and you should be able to extract the .iso file then.
To burn the .iso file, simply use your favourite burning tool (Alcohol, CopyToDVD etc) and select "burn image" or whatever it is in each program and choose the .iso file. It won't work if you burn it as a data disc!
Hope this helps ya!

we was all noobs once,
if its not called "insertnamehere".rar but rather "insertnamehere".001
then
right click and associate the 1st number file 001 with winrar *choose program from list" and leave option ticked. then click on file, should open whole thing up in winrar ready to extract
