I'm halfway through and while I agree the combat is great, I can't understand the praise for the visuals. Like all the other idtech games after Rage, it has the usual megatextures that look like badly compressed jpegs even at ultra settings. And the rest (lights, models) are "okay" but nothing to write home about.

There was a time when a new ID software game meant you had to buy a new graphics card.

But if I must be honest... I actually did Laughing not specifically for this game, I just got a whole new pc cos I was tired of my shitty laptop Laughing

Makes me wonder why they chose Doom instead of DXMD for example. (Has Denuvo been updated?)

I guess that CPY members need to test their release to get rid of all triggers. That's why it takes time for them to release the cracked Denuvo games.
If I'm not mistaken they cracked the previous Denuvo game exactly 1 month ago.
