Central Intelligence 5/10
Kevin Hart is funny at times and Amy Ryan is hot, but other than that it's pretty meh.

Ice Age Collision Course 3/10
Laughed maybe once. They better stop making these movies already. Very Happy

As long as you'll keep watching them, they'll keep making them

Last one I watched was the second one.

Free State of Jones - 6/10. I liked the libertarian theme but the movie was too long and mostly boring, especially the last 20%. The scenes in the future courthouse were pointless and should've been cut.

When I read the short description I thought it was a remake of the patriot! Laughing
Looking more into it... looks interesting enough for me to give it a go. Smile

Ride Along 5/10
My god Ice Cube can be annoying with that gangsta shit. Just want to punch him in the face.
And don't think I didn't see what you did when you said "Today was a good day". Embarassed

Ride Along 2 5/10
Movie itself is more like 4/10 but Olivia Munn added the extra 1. Laughing

The Wraith 7,5/10
Thanks to epic thread I had to see this and it was awesome. Just some little wooden acting going on,but it added to the experience. Smile

Warcraft the Beginning: 7/10

Great fan service, but I really wouldn't recommend it for people who haven't played warcraft games or weren't into its lore. The attention to detail was great for the inner geek in me. Even felt like playing WoW in its vanilla form xD

Forgot a lot about the games so at times I had many questions and the movie doesn't really explain much at all. Reason why I don't think this movie is suited for just everyone.

Funny you should say that, i hated it (fan of warcraft / wow), so loved it (she likes hobbit/lotr movies, doesn't like wow the game, nor warcraft).

Only thing i was impressed with was the 3d, i imagine seeing it at home would make it really bland.

Just felt like they missed on so many opportunities while making generic/bland locations (dalaran was like what? 20 seconds?).. just a random forest, some random rock.

Ok there were a few symbolic locations but overall not that many, could have done way more. Also acting felt forced in some cases, like trying too hard to be funny, interesting.

now, i LOVED days of future past, even though it was pretty nonsensical in how it handled its core concept, but as a piece of entertainment i found it to be tight, exciting, fun, and well made.

apocalypse, which ive just finished watching, felt... unfocused... and honestly, lacking in grandeur of a film befitting apocalypse as a character... a huge letdown.

im no expert on the marvel universe or its characters, but to me, this kind of showdown and scenario is SCREAMING for a SIGNIFICANTLY larger roster of heroes, and significantly raised stakes... it needed to be an avengers (ugh, im loathe to bring that movie up) scale bringing together of characters and battle, not just another small scale xmen confrontation...

a real missed opportunity.

my kingdom for another comic book movie that makes me feel as buzzed as guardians did... nothing has really grabbed me lately when it comes to comic book movies.. wheres the fun? wheres the grandeur? ant man was the last enjoyable comic book movie but it was far from a WOW film for me.. and everything since them has been average to crap.

singer, what happened. You pulled another superman returns!

@ stormwolf,

but i agree, the film was far too cheesy.. i had to look away and winced at the end when she said YOU'RE XMEN.. i knew it was coming, but it didnt lessen the cringe

TMNT OOtS - 4/10

If I was 5 years old I would enjoy it but I would have to enjoy having nightmares due to Turtles design.
For a 34 year old fart it was too stupid.

Better than first one.
