Sounds like the game is still stuck in the traditional Konamediocrity limbo, with problems not being acknowledged at all, they're sticking their heads in the sand like ostriches. Without mentioning the PC treatment which.. I can't even.
Having a decent competition would be beneficial for everyone, but alas it's not doable. Not with this company, which deserves to disappear from such market so that they can start focusing on their primary target, mobile Candy Pes-themed games and Diego Costa pachinkos.

It's the 32 bit version of the 'D'.... we don't know if it's need to take more time then the 64 bit version or not... but Yea,CPY(or maybe CODEX) we trust
its a fucked up ps3 version with some lightning enhancement. nowhere near the "quality" of the ps4 version (which still sucks cause they arent able to utilize the engine properly)
not that huge difference between like last gen fifa versions vs current gen but still noticable gameplaywise and even the ps4/xboner version dont look good gfxwise and have many flaws (and the pc version looks like shit from ten years ago)
We've criticized Konami a lot, but without the gimping of the PC version it probably wouldn't have been possible to implement such a secure protection, keeping legit users safe from dirty internet pirates. Kudos to them for taking good care of their customers!
edit: ok took the bullet. first -> if you believe it or not its a plus that it isnt the same as xboner and ps4. no fucking disgusting motion blur! even the inputlag isnt that noticable (though its still there). but those two points are the only positive points. max res full hd, so no downsampling possible. game at all looks bad, not as bad as last year but still bad. it isnt really sharp, gives me dizzy feeling already after 5 min when everything on the upper screen is not sharp while i have the ball on the lower screen
with konamis roster politics, the big d (in terms of modding; think all the super patches etc had to modify the executables iirc?) and the most likely again absolutely awful online component of the game -> not worth a cent. sadly cause of the big d even modding for offline play could be a big problem. so dont bother guys
edit2: thought its maybe the cam that makes me dizzy, nope, same on the non dynamic. played around with drivers settings, nope no cure. made another two matches, my head feels bbbbbzzzzzzzzzzzzz. in the end its still the old problems -> loading times everywhere, its fucking hilarious. and the keepers, the keepers, oh boy. 8 of 10 distance shots get in, the other 2 get blocked directly into the feet of another attacker.

I guess I'm playing some other game because gameplay is AMAZING. Everything feels so organic, so lively. Goalkeepers are good, there are plenty of fouls and the AI is really good.
Mods that don't mess with the executable will work just fine. Fifa has the D and there are thousands of mods.
edit: alt-f4 doesn't work well either cuz the game will sometimes remain in the processes and have to be force closed from the task manager, exactly like last year's game.
i havent said the gameplay is bad, its great. but the input lag and sloppyness of players kills it. havent seen a single foul from the ai though (made 5 games, all germany vs france). keepers are crap, no way to argue that. they act like railway barriers. that isnt the case on ps4

I haven't recorded my own gameplay but this stream below proves that you're wrong. Many fouls, great goalkeeping, no input lag.
and as i said -> its not as bad as it was (and still is on ps4). but its still present, and yes i tried the way it was reducable the last years -> still there. the gameplay itself (so besides the lag) is great, but the ai aint. and thats nothing new too, and i really dont care since i do not play offline vs ai normally
i wouldnt mind the bad gfx if everything else would be topnotch, but it isnt. the engine is still slow as fuck (sure its a hybrid shitclusterfuck, but atleast it hasnt the annoying blur), loading times for everything are a disgrace. the license stuff is annoying (and that cant be fixed for online play), konamis online code is crap. the stadion athmosphere isnt great (soundwise) , even the (sadly pes exclusive) camp nou looks very sterile, commentary is even worse than fifa (like it always was) <--- though the demo has no commentary, but read about it already on multiple reviews
its again fifa which has the overall better package (compared to pc and console versions of fifa). and since konami isnt putting real effort in it it will remain that in the future, sadly. i would love to see a complete proper pes again (which it never was vanilla, but oh boy the patches made it so fucking great 10-12 years ago)
There is some potential here in this game, and there is also a pleasant old-school flow in my opinion, but the fact that the presentation on PC is utter garbage, the robotic animations still present, and core mechanics feeling "dated" as well, sadly don't do this Pro Abortion any favours.
It's a shame that the franchise is owned by such a despicable company really. I mean, according to Konami, this is how a brand new PC game should look like in 2016:

The positive aspects are that the game actually feels more responsive for me too this year, and indeed the AI commits fouls again (*hallelujah*), though these feel like minor consolations in yet another disappointing football scenario.
I keep naively waiting for something interesting, deep and fresh to play, but every year is a letdown goddamnit. As long as greedy and lazy companies "take care" of the beloved football genre, there is very little hope. Make football games great again
