Isnt the game already hot steaming shit? I mean technical problems are just one side of the story but the game itself is really boring and uncreative? I wouldnt personally bother to hope for good news about the game.

I have bought and finished the game some time ago.
I enjoyed the game itself a great deal. Found many things appealing. Would not recommend a buy because of the technical issues and because of the very high price point. For me it was a good romp though.

I liked it, specially the ending. Not the best game ever but it's enjoyable considering the crap we get these days.
Technical problems aside.

Updates to the Steam version will also be released for the Windows Store version. However, that doesn't necessarily mean they will release the DX11 version to the WS as well - then the wording would had been "updates made for the Steam version".

I would honestly be cautious when it comes to blindly buying the Quantum. Even in the best possible hypothetical scenario with the performance issues being fixed in the Steam version, there's still the fact that the game is one of the most cutscenimatic experiences ever witnessed. It makes Max Payne 3's cutscenes look short and nonintrusive xD
If one doesn't mind such oppressing hand-holding mechanics follow™ing you at every corner, then there's no problem, otherwise all that's left are the shooting galleries themselves (which are well done in my opinion), but they're a relatively limited portion of the game.
