Is it possible to buy from Origin. Use VPN to start in order to get license and refund after? Very Happy

Don't listen to Janz. Apart from some graphics downgrade the PC version of PES is the same as the PS4. I had a chance and played the PS4 version two days ago. It's exactly the same gameplay.
The Journey though is quite good. The offline AI in Fifa 17 is boring and repetitive compared to PES 17.

mh you should stay offline atleast till us release in a few hours, made one match online and it was not particularly laggy but it felt strange. some gfx hickups in the midfield play and strange player acting. completey different to what i've experienced with an offline match before and the journey

edit: oh and btw -> formations seems bugged. i created my own formation in the menu etc. saved it. loaded it in seasons (which finally works) and the game has shown it but hasnt used it... so its better to set it there manually without presets untill they fixed it (or it was just a onetime bug, dunno. no time atm to play another match)

and a great plus -> not many annoying slowmos etc in online play. me likey

Check if the FPS drops to 30 in menu?

think older fifa versions worked fine with steam inhome sharing. dunno about 17 though

somehow i sometimes get strange litte slowdowns, though gfx card and cpu usage nowhere near the limit. its strange, might have to do something with the adaptive vsync. anyone here working with a fps limiter with nv inspector or riva tuner statistic server?

edit: tried limiting to 59,60 and 61 fps. runs all smoother than with adaptive vsync but still produces ugly tearing though the framerate is stable

EA welcomes you to the Frostbite world. Because graphics are the most important aspect in a football videogame. I'm sure now you can clearly see the faces of the players from Tele camera. Also while playing you don't do anything else but admire the lighting of the stadiums...

Steam link shouldn't be a problem, I play anything on it going from: older consoles, Dosbox, Uplay, Origin,... Only things that can require a bit more work are a handful of emulators.

Jokes aside, if you're really so impressed about this Frostbite transition then it's ok. I still play FIFA 16 which plays a great game of football overall. I'm not blind to say that FIFA 17 is a better game than PES 17 on the pitch.

If you want to buy it, I did it through the browser. Connected to KOREA vpn, got all the way to checkout (including login), clicked BUY, got to paypal login screen. There I disconnected, logged in PayPal, checked out and proceeded to origin page again, saying 'There has been an error', but it was bought, check your email for confirmation & reload origin Smile

@snoepgun: already did it yesterday. stayed connected till i should logon on the paypal site. disconnected there and everything went through fine. even the origin site said payment successful

think south korea slightly above 40 euros but only payable with creditcard. singapore supports paypal, it slightly above 44 euros there

but most keystores are now sending out the keys, you might get it a little cheaper there

Got my key now Smile Here in sweden release isnt for about 5 more hours. Anyone care to explain what i need to do to be able to play sooner? I allready have the game preloaded but dont know how to change country settings to be able to play.

to be a little more precise: close origin, connect vpn (us node is just fine now), start origin. login, start the game. disconnect vpn. game stays unlock till you close origin

No matter what frame-rate, the menus are just so laggy for me. Neutral Tried unlocked framerate too. Same result.
