cant sleep!
everytime the same shit! even if it dont look at the calender. had a very bad sleep last night. woke up every few min. and today is fullmoon. great. tried alc, doesnt work again (not that i havent tried it before).
now im awake, shit. gf is very pissed...

cause its proven to affect people. i never can sleep when its fullmoon. i lie around in bed (like now), will turn around the next 4 hours and thats it with a sleep of 30 min when its turns out good.
im not that kind of person who believes in that bullshit astrology or whatever its called, but when its about fullmoon -> i never can sleep. never. tried so much, doesnt work. even my gf [nether did my last gf who wa fucking nuts about astrology stuff, oh boy im glad im not with her anymore] doesnt believe me (thats why i send her to her place again now, cause otherwise she would be very pissed)
take it or leave it. i dont believe in any supernatural stuff etc, but i do believe the moon affects people (not that i really want to believe, but as i said i cant sleep when its fullmoon since im a little child, aka i can remember, even massive amount of alc doenst help. tbh im fucking drunk atm)

It's quite simple. You tricked your mind into thinking you can't sleep because fullmoon, and due to that, you can't sleep when it's fullmoon because fuck your mind.

The full moon has a known effect of wiping segments of the brain temporarily, in Janz case, this causes him to think that Windows 10 is actually bad, thus making him agitated and sleepless. Normal business is resumed at sunrise though.

Because you are probably not aware of everything. The whole notion of: 'I can't sleep because moon' is enough for your subconsciousness to take over or your biology. Moon phases are rather regular. Who knows? Could be anything... certainly isn't the moon's fault though! 
A good sleeping tip: If you can't sleep and you start thinking of it... get up and do something else. Otherwise it has a chance of becoming problematic. With something else, I mean: nothing sleep related... like: checking the moon. |
