Yes, you can play forever in offline mode. Smile

You just need to login with your steam account from the other person's computer and enable family sharing on it. Then he will be able to download all the games you have that are eligible for family sharing.

I thought we couldn't use a shared library simultaneously.

There is something seriously wrong with the game.

yeah, you got an amd card, that's what's wrong Cool Face

probably gonna need to wait for an AMDurr driver.

throne room very low vs ultra preset on my 970@1920x1200

seems there's a bug with shadowplay recording this game, brightness is not like this in game, so just look at the fps counter I guess Razz

can someone post a save in the city so I can test there and refund if it's crap lol

that sucks Sad

i'm at around 40-45 minimums with all max.

to get constant 60 in the city, a mix of medium and high preset is needed for my 970.

those killcams are terrible. it seems like they're prerendered. looks really jarring when they're on.

Deus Ex actually runs pretty good now. And it looks considerably better than this game.

+ changing settings in Deus Ex made a difference performance-wise.

Or just launch the game once so Denuvo can generate the proper licenses, then restart Steam into offline mode and play as much as you want. It won't even track game time. (so you can refund it afterwards Twisted Evil )

go to win firewall advanced settings, , create a rule for blocking steam.exe outbound, and then check inbound and disable all the rules related to steam there. steam will recreate these every time you start it up though.

It did not look great. From a technical standpoint Dishonored was visually outdated.

You two should really get a room and just get it over with.

We don't share the same view about everything, take StarCitizen for example. Troll Dad

No I meant when is he supposed to do that? Say, I family shared my library, he launched steam in online mode and installed dishonored. What's next? Does he launch the game first and then close steam, then block it and restart (offline?) or what ?

Yes, he needs to start the game at least once so Denuvo can generate the proper licenses. Then he can go offline and do the rest.
