Hustle & Flow 9/10

Very good movie about a pimp who wants to become a rapper, would have given it a 10 if the ending would have been better.

The "theyre just trying to find a place to live" is the by far most stupid scene ever Razz
But you gotta remember that people in the entire movie gets placed as greedy and evil, and the zombies get protrayed kind a like the "seeking the truth" types...

And yes he tuned it up a notch by making the zombies evolve faster, I think the purpose of that is to make the zombies use those darn machine guns --> I blame hollywood.

Well that scene is the only place you can get that thought from . It's so rediculous. They don't get portrayed as the 'seeing the truth type either. They're portayed as what they are: flesh seeking living dead!
The whole series is not about man's instincts and corruptness etc. they were just gore fests! That's fine and I don't mind that kind of film either but the way this was made was so wrong.

As for the 'to teach them to use guns' well I don't think it would be beyond believeable (I mean they are the living dead after all, lets have a bit of perspective!) to have a zombie accidently hit a gun like that but for them to accidently set a gun off and then teach others as well :/. And the scene where he gets the other zombie to hack the wood is kinda lame as is the river crossing.

I seriously think you need to re-watch the whole film again because your view on it is nowhere near correct. I might be willing to agree slightly if it was shady but it's not!

Anyway.... I just watched lord of war - 7/10. It was ok. I like the whole documentary type films such as blow and scarface but there were some needless scenes and lines which spoilt the plot. I think the directors need to take notes from asian cinema and especially kitano. Just because a scene doesn't have speech or even music doesn't mean it is bad. One of the best moments of that film was actually watching the AK being shot in slow motion. I thought that was a great bit of work and integration. I didn't like some of the cheesey predictabilities such as the painting and the final deal with his brother.
The film had a lot going for it but I think the costume people coulda done more as well some of the scripting.

Revolver - 8/10 - Highly underrated and doomed by critics, but I must say the movie gets deep very deep and entertaining along the way. Though the plot twist at the end doesnt give the "wow" and you are left with confussion instead of understanding.

Venom - 6/10, Typical Teen horror with a big scary "man" who go around stalking them, while it all was one big cliche, there were some things which jumped out of the typical teen horror package.

King Kong 8/10 loved it...

the only bad thing may be would be that there's a little too much action. i mean they go from one crazy situation right into the next. some kickass scenes though. didn't find it overlong as many said it to be... i was entertained all the way through.

Sympathy for lady vengeance: a bit confusing in the beginning and the ending lasts too long but an overall very good revenge movie. 7/10. Sympathy for mr vengeance and oldboy were better imo.

I want a movie which goes in depth on how a tragedy like that can occur... Who was the people behind such a terrifying act?

Not how Mosad toke revenge.

I watched this going from his comments Smile I was going to get it the other day but decided against it because it didn't seem that good although imdb rated it high.

Anyway I agree this film is really good. I'd give it a 9/10 because it was funny and slick Smile It really is a million laughs at minute for 50 minutes, then goes to the traditional 'serious' part but it still does remain funny throughout it all Smile.

That line was actually quite hard to catch but it certainly isn't the best in there though Razz

here's a spoiler for no use and anyone else who has seen it..

 Spoiler:

edit: o and i watched old school yesterday.. 6/10 cba writing a comment.
