Today my mom accidentally killed my 3 months old kitten with the garden door. Painful death. Bad things happen so fast. Rest in peace, my little white baby. Crying or Very sad

Probably not going to be able to react in time depending on how it happened.

For example if the door can close on it's own via a spring or similar and it was only open for a brief period yet the animal still manages to try and jump out and gets caught by this, similarly a small gust of wind can have a pretty big effect on a door, forgot what the English term for the effect was but there's a lot of force behind a door slamming shut due to that.
(A gust of wind is why one of my finger tips is a bit bent with a scar going through roughly half of it, wasn't quite quick enough to remove my hand when I was very young and dumb.)

(Or a window, neighbor here has a very curious cat - are there any cats that aren't naturally inquisitive though? - and a few years back during the summer one of the windows was open due to the heat, cat tries to jump in and nudges the window together with a bit of wind and almost gets caught, only a tip of hair on the tail was lost and now there's a hook in place to prevent this from being a problem ever again by keeping the window more secure, even if I had been in the same room at the time or possibly even if I had been close to said window I probably wouldn't have been quick enough.)

Reminds me of the cats that got run over by the tractor or that cat got which was squeezed to death by a cow during the time my grandfather still had his farm. Sometimes cats are just stupid Sad

Does she have a pet? Kill it, eye for an eye, Bible said so. Or just follow the Quran and kill her if she's a kafir. Or do as the buddhists do and light yourself on fire as a valid form of protest.

Thought the buddhists was supposed to be wise. If they light themselves on fire the ones they protest against have one less thing to worry about.

Oh, they are. Their wisdom is on a whole other level, transcendent if you will.
