I'm waiting for now the two sims expansions (the first one is Open for Business), Hitman 4, Tomb Rider: Legend, Swat 5, Rainbow Six 4, Splinter Cell 4 and of course THAW!

Im looking forward too Gothic III, Elder scrolls, and most definetly Star Wars Empire at War(suppose to be February)been looking forward to playing that since last summer.

Ditto on those for me as well...plus LOTR: Battle For Middle Earth 2 - looks to be quite good.

Surprised no one has mentioned Neverwinter Nights 2.
That and Oblivion are the 2 games i plan to buy this year.
