Saw it a few days ago, had some nice realistic scenes of true fear at the end but the rest of the movie seemed like a commercial for the australian outback.. Thought i was watching a nature show! Takes waaay to long to build up to anything..

Well ... we're splitting hairs here. Both are marginally ok horror movies. But this movie doesn't have a million retarded kids proclaiming it to be the best movie ever Wink , thus it wins Razz

ditto

This film follows each persons struggle with the killer individually so when that person got killed I felt despair - who's left how they goonna escape.
The killers got some good lines 'hahaha theres no charge for my help'

I liked the, "that's not a knife ... this is a knife" line the killer took from Crocodile Dundee ... now that was funny Very Happy

Also, when I say this was better than Saw, I'm comparing Saw 5/10 to this 6.5/10 Wink

This movie was crap if you ask me, you wait for an hour and then theres some action for about 5 mins or so and that action isn't really some great one, and BAM! the movie ends, the movie sucks big time, i fell asleep in there and everyone left the theater saying "What a retarted movie" don't waste your money, this movie aint even worth rental

and oh, hi! i'm new here

I noticed in the movie there were some scenes missing. If you watch the trailer you can seen a drill being used possibly for the torture of the blonde woman also you can see a hand coming out of the ground and grabbing the dark haired woman. It seems alot of good scenes might have been cut. I hope they have an unrated dvd or atleast included them in the dvd extras. The head on a stick scene was the best part.
