Oh well, must've been a sign for me to... sign off for tonight. Smile

played some tdm before sleep time it was cancerous but fun lol. I prefer this for some tdm/cqb than say a few rounds on a cod game. That assault trench gun though has to be the more easiest shooty stick ever lol.

Same here. I've bought the game in hope it will bring me some BC2/old CoD moments I havent launched the game for over a month now. The game just doesn't have it's magic to keep me playing it as I've used to play BF games before. After BC2 BF games were quite borefests. Sad

I had that with Battlefront - played a week and that was it.

Still playing BF1 every night for 2-3 hours since premium early access and enjoying it. But I'm afraid solely because of good company. We have a same 'over 30' age group playing daily and having fun just socializing talking work and family while yelling DA FUQ?! every 30 seconds lol Very Happy

Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube

Apparently that stuttering I was mentioning about was tied to server.

Joined a HC 64 players game on Empire's Edge (had previously horrible FPS on this map) and the experience was darn smooth. All on Ultra, also.

+1

Played all Battlefield Games for thousands of hours, probably and did enjoy this at first.

But somehow I lost all motivation playing it. Did play several hundred hours of transport fever and other games instead, so I was just thinking "it must be me" or "Just not in the mood" or something, but I guess it is a more widespread phenomenon.

I can't put the finger on it, but I suppose it is a mix of lack in any meaningful progression and the same maps over and over again.

Also, I fucking loathe the behemoths. They are the biggest cancer of this game and kill all the fun.

There, I figured it out Smile

Yep same here for me and 3 of my mates. Can't put my finger on it as we enjoyed the hell out of it a first.

I gave it a 7 day break, made no difference still bored of it at after two games.

I almost have a full 3 days on BF1. On BF4 I have like 12hr or something, I even bought the premium pass (€20).. While I still played BF3 a lot more, like 300hrs it still is a lot less compared to BF:BC2 which I have played for like 800hrs+.

I still want to play BF1, but not like every day or like BF3/BF:BC2. I think my main reasons are that I have a ton of games waiting to get played. I'll prolly play it hopefully more then 100hrs, we''ll see..

That AND the fact that the game is a very well disguised Battlefront. At some point, during gameplay it hits you: imprecise aiming, the CoD-like speed of the gameplay, weak progression, little to no choices in terms of equipment (unlike we were used to in BF3/4)... and you realize that... 'something' is missing.

I have 450 hours in BC2, 515 hours in BF3, 570 hours in BF4 and... 90 hours in BF1.

I somehow predict that the numbers of hours spent in BF1 will be smaller. Still enjoying the game, though. Smile

i find it hard to believe this is boring...especially not battlefront boring

conquest is the same boring stuff but playing something like operations or rush is still pretty good.

It's not that surprising. Bad Company was good, but BF3 and BF4 followed rather quickly. And I never really was into playing earlier titles of the series.

And BF4 went on for some time, especially since I skipped Battlefront Smile

edit: AND also skipped Hard Line. So BF4 went on for like 3 years lol.

Except the click-bait title of video, he is on point.
There is a serious lack of content in this game. They nailed quite a few maps so it's still a lot of fun, but time is running out.

I was kind of surprised by the relatively low numbers of PC players.

Sub 50k compared to 450k on Xbone and ps4. That's sad panda territory.

Even more sad as i always thought of the Battlefield series as a game played mostly by masterracers. Sad

How bad is the hacking in this game? I just bought it and I already encountered one, just wondering if it's common or not.
