The problem is if content created by players (failcom won't deliver and they have neither resources, nor time and money to do it the way it should be done) is gonna be scarce or not interesting, then without a proper story, a proper campaign, without proper RPG elements the game will just die coz we have lots of survival games out there and players won't be collecting stones and branches and roaming the world without any goal just because it's the world of Conan.It will get boring really quickly.

But they can't do it. Survival EA crap with mod support (make your own content, suckers!) is the only thing Funcom is capable of atm..coz of financial issues and a pretty limited staff.

I get the hype(?) surrounding this game and although it's still early access the lowest price is...€30 ?! Are they on drugs or something?

It's not worth paying for it atm imho. It should have been a free closed alpha, not EA.
Another thing... after extensive testing players found out that Battle-Eye was causing most of lags and connection problems..
