uninstalled.
wanted to play this with a few friends.
one has a 770 and good cpu, 20-30 fps. (all low)
me and a friend got almost the same pc, same ram, same 970, same 6700k, only difference he has a 144hz monitor so he doesnt need vsync.
i got 50-60fps and as soon as it goes below exact 60 fps the stuttering is huge. even with 58 fps it stutters like hell. maybe fixable with adaptive vsync but i don't care to try it. (also all settings low)
friend with same pc but 144hz monitor has 80fps (medium settings but vsync off)
overall it could be fun to play with friends for sometime but like this there is no point.
no buy and uninstalled

Nah I don't believe it's worse than the division.
The Division is 1 of the biggest piece of shit games of 2016.
Maybe the worst ubisoft game ever made.

Well, 9 out of 10 people here said the opposite (those that actually played the game), so it's clear you're the "special" opinion of the day.

The game shows a complete lack of details straight from character creation. All the haircuts have thrownback hair. The next step was the game getting stuck at loading the cloths. After that I wanted to leave the difficulty screen and there is no way to exit.

I still have to download the beta myself (the connection is on the verge of suicide), but after reading the comments perhaps it would be wiser to just use the right mouse button, press hide, and pretend that this thing doesn't exists. 
(..which is exactly what I was planning to do from the start, but now I *need* to see how awful this Ubicalancyness really is  )

More awesome stuff:
The weapon of your teammates stands in the normal position no matter where they are aiming, but bullets go to the right direction through the weapon model.
The sound of shooting persist even when you are in reload animation.
There are no revolvers in the weapon's list.
Shots have no echos.
Grenades explosion from 20m away sound like they are from 2km away.
You move as fast backwards as you move forwards.

Wildlands runs better than DXMD ir W_D here
