lol I messaged Simplygames.com. They said they are no longer taking preorders as the preorder stock has has all been allocated. The website says they are still taking preorders though and now the price has dropped a fiver to £49.85!
Why do you not order it from Amazon.co.uk instead for £42.00? I ordered it there and I'm not even living in the UK. I also used a £10 coupon discount for an order above £50 (code for the coupon which only lasted for that one day). I have added Horizon as well so the total is like £79, which is not a bad deal for 2 pre-order games I must say.

Well I can't preorder from Simply Games anyway because they have fulfilled their preorder allocation and if I did it would probably mean I wont receive the game in time for launch day. I think I'll just buy it from my local Tesco store at midnight
combat in nioh is actually superior to souls, just give it some time to click.
i played it for almost 40 hours across the betas and now i feel the combat is an improved version of souls combat with a much higher skill ceiling, the pvp will definitely be interesting.
yep, the combat itself is more fluid and better than in soulsborne.
at the beginning it just feels different, you have to adjust to it until it clicks, like the first time you play a souls game, hence it may feel a bit rough until you learn it properly and get used to it.
once you do, its easily the superior combat system that offers more freedom.
Same here pre-ordered this together with horizon on Amazon.co.uk. And not in stock until 9th feb. I guess the stock was very very low? Won't get this game until next week it seems :/. As it takes like 3 days to get here.

One thing which bugged me terribly was the shitty tutorial. It didnt explain the need to change stances at all. Just "change stance and attack" basically.

Weird in the last chance trial the tutorial definitely had this, changing stances.
Did show you how to change stances, but i didn't get why i should change. Maybe i was blind or skimmed some text too fast, i dunno. I've figured it out now though,.
Nice that they added an option to play with either good graphics or at lower settings with 60 FPS.
I don't understand though why games that struggles with FPS instead could have this automated. E.g when you enter a fight it automatically lowers settings to give you the best FPS possible, when exploring and the game doesnt need to render enemies etc it automatically turns up the settings. When exploring you obviously want better graphics, when fighting you don't care too much about AA or whatever, you just want it to be fluid.
my god this game is fun ... very nice surprise, didnt follow this game at all until last minute. Im a Souls fan boy but actually like the combat in this more, including boss fights.
I suck at boss fights. I managed to do the first one after a few attempts but after 10 times doing the 2nd boss fight, I had to summon a visitor to lend a helping hand. I would rather tackle the bosses solo but I dont have time to get stuck for too long on them lol.
Its a great game though Im enjoying it!
Here is a nice tip from Kotaku to make the boss fights easier without summoning
Bought Nioh on PSN, but looking at your photo looks like I made a mistake. It doesn't have "Only On Playstation" written on the label as it's on pretty much any PS4 exclusives. Maybe I should've waited if there will be any more hints that it's coming to PC.
ugh, too many good games. Already finished yakuza 0. and Horizon coming up.. Now im struggling to not buy this.. I played DS2 but not DS3. Are the controls "fair"? By that i mean, in DS i knew that i fucked up cuz i sucked but could never fault the controls. If you get what i mean.
