I couldn't finish jc2... but it was somewhat enjoyable.

Whats up withe memory leaks? 6gb not enough for this ?

I didn't had any memory leaks at all. Game never used more than 2GB RAM i think.
Probably a thing of OS < Win10 ?

From what i tested on various PCs ... it stotally random
8GB could be fine, meanwhile 32GB could run like absolute hot shit.
You can be fine like Bobita or you can have constant on 32GB ram

I see. My pc is extremely lucky somehow even though I have mix of old and new components...
But somehow gta iv and arkham knight both run 60fps on my pc which people say is unique Laughing

Anyway - I watchet Total Biscuit video on JC3 and it seem slike that game is boring side missions galore... and I hate side missions and limitations Mad

it didnt work for me on my old i7 with 6gbs of ram , now i have 32 in the new system , its running like a dream at around 12gb usage.

edit: - played some of the game... don't see any dlc... or its something so insignificant.
And the game is just dull... Seems like that special something that was in 1 and 2 is not here... not sure what it is just yet.
I also hate that they are gating all that stuff. Just give me guns, tanks, planes and let me go! I don't want to unlock stuff as slowly as possible...

That shouldn't necessarily be a bad thing considering Denuvo is beatable within a week now as CPY showed us, or maybe even faster instead of using a new unbeatable protection for a year or something like that.

Is it ever getting better?

I've played 2 hours and its just so slow... missions are boring, characters and voice acting are terrible but not in a funny way and graphics are not up to the task.

I am probably better playing guerilla or just cause 2 (lol or even 1). I think I will put this down and maybe try Mad Max for now

Mad Max was great. But instatlling this for the explosions. Smile. and for most of the critic out there..well its Just Cause, would you expect... Just what? going to try it on a 32GB NV980 Laptop btw.

OK uninstalled and deleted this after giving it yet another chance.
Its boring and too repetitive even for what it is. And the camera controls is fucking terrible.
This is the only 3rd person game that gave me headache when driving vehicles due to weird camera movement and fov.
Vehicles handling is terrible too. Somehow they made it much worse than in JC2. Everything handles like unresponsive tank.

Actually I reinstalled jc2 and not only the camera is better but also vehicles handling is better and world is much more varied. Even car crashes are much more fun in jc2. I highly recommend installing it rather than 3...

One more thing that bugged me was loading times and how often loading occured. I played it on SSD. The game loads quite long (but not too bad) but what was most annoying is that even during one cutscene, it loads like 5 times. Loading screen appears inbetween every scene in cutscene. Seriously... You end a mission and the cutscene is like splitted in 3 parts with loading inbetween every part.
edit: also everything is locked behind side crap missions. Even fucking weapon sights is an ability to buy for side missions points.
