There's a comparison video on YouTube. It doesn't look too drastic in terms of visual/performance. It may look different in the flesh. I have a Pro anyway so it's win-win.
What do you mean? If you don't have a 4K TV the Pro downsamples it to 1080p at 60FPS. There are some quick vids on YT and the downsampling has a very clear effect.
I don't understand why they don't bundle this with the Pro for a good price, I'd buy that instantly.

Would much prefer 1080/60FPS over 4K/60FPS
What difference does it make if it's native 1080p/60fps or downsampled from 4K/60fps? I don't have the console yet and I haven't read up on the tech, but I assume the latter is better?
