after playing bf1 for some time i decided to play some bf4 again and was surprised how good that game still is, looks and plays excelent, no wonder it still has like 15k or more pc players.
then decided to try hardline with the 7day access trial and its just boring, feels like a pre bf4 game and dosent play so smooth/ or got any treatments like bf4 did, map design is nice and has some funny voice lines but most servers still alive are team deathmatch so no wonder it has less than 1k pc players, even after they gave dlc for free the servers are empty.
between bf4 and bf1 i still prefer bf1, gameplay is more faster and the fact that it dosent have so many vehicles or so many gadgets and maps are more open and less urban it feels like an improvement. has around 40k pc players and 250k on consoles. maybe after all dlcs get release will be more complete.
EA outlined Battlefield 1's Premium Pass DLC contents, and also reveled subscribers to the Premium Pass qualify for two-week early access to the individual DLC packs.
The DLC included in the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass are titled They Shall Not Pass, In the Name of the Tsar, Turning Tides and Apocalypse.
In addition to early access, EA offers "14 Superior Battlepacks, 16 new multiplayer maps, 20 new weapons," along with "new elite classes, priority server access," and other unnamed bonuses designed to make the packaged deal more alluring to consumers.
Quote:
They Shall Not Pass puts players in control of the French army in battles around Verdun, one of history's bloodiest battlefields, as well taking part in the "largest tank assault of the war."
In the Name of the Tsar takes place on the Russian front, "with the legendary Hussars during the Brusilov offensive."
Turning Tides lets players take part in the "amphibious warfare of WW1," as well as "intense tactical naval clashes."
In Apocalypse, Battlefield 1 players "go over the top in the most infamous battles of WW1."
I think they already announced all of it except the name of the last 3 DLCs. It's nice to see a glimpse at what will follow.
Priority server access: if multiple players are queued for the same servers, the people with Premium enter the server first. The Priority Access and battlepacks were already live since the game released. The priority access isn't a big advantage, since it's so easy to filter servers by open spots. It might be more useful for people playing in a group, when 4-5 friends want to join the same server at once.
Everything on sale, EXCEPT the season pass for bf1 lol.
Fuck them. Not gonna pay 50$ for that.
The first DLC hasn't been released quite yet. It's unlikely for a publisher to offer a deal on a product that has not yet been delivered. (happens, but unlikely, especially for DLC)

killing germans never gets old
Well... I prefer slower gameplay, so I kinda have problem with BF1. Everyone around run like crazy with strength and energy of olympic athlete.
But maybe it is just me, getting old...

Hey dont be so hard the little console eunuchs, they need time to aim their lil vibratin thumbstick.
I think another major issue I personally have with the game, is the fucking abundance of automatic rifles in this game.
Considering that, besides Machine Guns, almost all automatic rifles were "experimental" at best, it really is hilarious, how many there are in the game.

As I was reminded in the beginning of this thread this is not a realistic representation of 1 ww but a fun game and nothing else and I shouldn't come here and bring everyone down, I do agree with you there, the only automatic weapons were in the nests mounted on a pod.
Thats why I mostly hate multi player fps, people running around spraying with automatic weapons, that jump faster than a speeding bullet.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Funny that BF1 pretty much looks the best what PC gaming has to offer graphics wise, yet it runs flawlessy. Dice are tech gods, looks so damn nice (bought this yesterday and enjoying it a lot).
