Mine is low too.
You don't happen to have a ATI card do you ?? |
My fps is good with single gf GTX7800 512MB, x2 4400+ and 2 gig ram.
BTW. The game is really fun to play, too short but fun and entertaining. I didnt encounter any bugs while i played the game.

I'm having problems with the RELOADED version..... install is good and all, but when i start the game i just see a white screen and hear the nvidia-tune..... but just a white screen, nothing else
after that the game is showing the main-menu (i guess) but again, only music but no visuals... just the white screen
i've tried to change the resolution of my screen and the refresh-rates, but nothing works
anyone else having this problem?? or knows how to solve it??

Damn i'm stuck - it's the first time you get to be the hand...
 Spoiler: | So Stubbs is strapped in a bed in a room w/ 2 scientists. Outside the room is another room with 3+ riot gear guys. When i'm the hand the vent gets some green arrows pointing to it butgoing up there doesn't solve anything. I take over a scientist and the riot dudes show up and blast me.
What do I need to do with the hand to get past this?

I can't even open the game  It max's out my moni and it displays a message of 230mhz etc. I can hear music but I cant even close the screen with alt tab, ctrl alt delete etc. I have to reboot.

I've got a Radeon 9250 and I can't run it  you are better off lol.

Hey PPL! Still same problem, I'v got problem with missing sound (sounds and music at all) after two rendered logos (nvdiia, Xfi), when animation goes in-engine. In this moment sound just goes silent. Ive tried new AC97 drivers, like as new Forceware drivers, but doesnt help... Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Ok, the problem here is the OpenAL driver installed with Stubbs; the problem is similar to users who have had sound problems w/ BF2.
To be honest, I can't remember exactly what I did to fix this problem, but if you Google enough, it should help you out a little more. I do remember that the EA BF2 forums helped me out alot (there is a thread devoted to the OpenAL problem).
Some things to try:
During the Stubbs installation, it also installs a few files in the Windows root folder (possibly system32/, system32/drivers/ as well) that relate to OpenAL. Try MOVING those files to the Stubbs game folder and play.
Search for (and install) the latest OpenAL drivers. They should come in an installer-package.
Disable compression on the installed OpenAL driver files.
If you have BF2, try COPYING the OpenAL drivers in the BF2 directory, to the Stubbs dir. Also try copying them to windows, system32, or drivers (can't remember where the default location is for the OpenAL drivers).

Hi mate,
Thanks a lot for help. I was suspecting these OpenAL.dll before, but I couldnt find any trace of this problem. So I've managed to play a little with these libraries as you said. The Game was configuring itself for about 15mins but after start, voi-la Music is there (llollypop song;) and sound too. One more time thanks bro...
Finally I can enjoy this beautiful and cute game.

it is boring.
it's fun for about 30minutes, then it gets quite boring.
very overrated game, except the fact that the zombie is playable it hasn't any fun elements. (brain eating isn't enough for a full priced game)
